Why a custom plugin?

A pile of separate plugins makes your site slow and vulnerable, and often none of them does exactly what you need. A custom plugin does only what is needed, fits your way of working and does not make you depend on an outside developer who may abandon their plugin.

What does a custom WordPress plugin cost?

That depends on what the plugin needs to do. Small plugins take a few hours, bigger integrations more. You always get a price first; the hourly rate is €40.

Who owns the code?

You do. You get the full source code, without licence fees.

Can you change an existing plugin?

Yes, preferably through hooks and a separate extension, so updates of the original plugin do not overwrite your change.

Will the plugin keep working after WordPress updates?

I build to WordPress standards and test with new versions. With maintenance I keep it compatible.
