Almost every process that repeats can be smarter. A few examples of what I build for businesses:

n8n, Zapier or Make?

Zapier and Make are quick to set up and connect to thousands of apps. n8n is more flexible, handles more complex logic and can run on your own server, which is cheaper with many tasks and keeps your data in your own hands. I advise which fits your situation and budget best.

Where no ready-made integration exists, I write the code myself in PHP or Python.

AI, but practical

AI is not a goal in itself. Together we look at where it really saves time or money, and I build it in so you stay in control: AI does the groundwork, you decide. With care for privacy and the GDPR, so sensitive data does not just end up with an outside service.

What does an automation cost?

A simple integration often takes only a few hours. You get a price upfront; the hourly rate is €40. You pay Zapier or Make subscriptions yourself; n8n can run for free on your own server.

Can you host n8n for me?

Yes, on a VPS in Amsterdam, managed and backed up.

Is AI safe for my customer data?

I choose services and settings that fit the GDPR, and only send the data that is really needed.

What if an automation stops working?

I build in alerts for errors, and can keep maintaining them so your workflows keep running.
